| Development: TJ Rahming comes into the NFL with his greatest strength being that he isn't all that versatile. While most fringe rookie free agent prospects need to show they can do everything to grab the end of the roster, what he provides is a guy who has spent several years in college playing slot receiver. He doesn't have the type of elite quickness or speed you expect from a tiny wide receiver, but what he does provide is insurance for the thin slot position if the other slot receiver options are again injured. He could step right in and play the position without the team having to make any play-calling changes. What he needs to develop and show from the start of training camp in order to stick in the NFL is that he can take all of that experience and put it together in order to take a forward leap as a route runner. | |||
