Steven Harris

Washington Redskins

WR

Free Agent

Arkansas

Strength: Steven Harris is an elusive runner with sudden bursts. Steven Harris had a solid season as a big play receiver at Arkansas last year. Steven Harris is an intelligent team player.
Weakness: Steven Harris has had a variety of injuries. Steven Harris was not dominant at the college level. Steven Harris is undersized at WR.
Development: In 2004 Steven Harris finally started to develop into the receiver Arkansas thought he could be. Steven Harris always showed flashes of being an explosive/dominant receiver at the college level. It will be up to the Washington trainers to keep him healthy and the veteran coaching staff to see if it can flip the switch from flashes to consistency. If Steven Harris can show himself to be a valuable special teamer he might make the practice squad. If he manages to get on the roster and make plays at some point, he could turn into a solid backup NFL receiver some day.
Fantasy Football Rating: No impact.
Typecast Outlook Opinion: Ordinary. Steven Harris must run perfect routes and make big plays every time he touches the practice field to get a shot at sticking around the NFL more than 2-3 years.
