Strength: Kyle Boller has just about every skill you could want in a QB.
Weakness: Kyle Boller has not matured as a QB and he needs to learn the finer points of just about every part of the game.
Development: Kyle Boller is on a team without a proven QB, and may be pressed into duty. Kyle Boller lacks none of the skills necessary to be a great QB, but he is not as polished as the other QBs taken in the first round. If Baltimore can afford to keep Kyle Boller on the bench for a few years worth of practices, mop up games, and exhibition seasons it could pay off huge for them with one of the best QBs in the league. However, the other young QB they have now will either be a star by then or long gone.
Fantasy Football Rating: Don't even think about touching him this year unless you're in a league with 30 teams. Sometimes the best players are the late bloomers with all of the tools who've sat on a bench or played in weaker leagues for several years...this is especially true with the mental position of QB.
Typecast Outlook Opinion: 40% chance of success. 35% chance of Pro Bowl.
